In meditation this morning, the Divine Guidance recommended resuming the monthly 5-D gatherings and gave new teachings for 5-D living in the Heart in the ever-changing world. I was shown an image of fish floundering out of water, representing how many people are feeling overwhelmed with all the intensity of energy and emotions that are swirling all around
There is currently so much fear, anxiety, worry, and anger in the world, that it is easy for our nervous systems to get triggered. This emotional trigger sends a signal to the brain, which responds by releasing chemicals such as cortisol and adrenaline. The body then reacts with survival responses of fright, flight, fight, or freeze. Being stuck in emotional looping cycles of low vibrations is a very uncomfortable and exhausting experience
Within our Sacred heart lies a team of Divine helpers offering help, healing and urging us to break old reactive habits, and imagine new possibilities for the world we want to live in. The Humpback Whales once told me, “Creating world peace was an inside job” and that “We need to Be the change you wish to see in the world”. This requires us to align Individually with our own unique high frequency and unite collectively with like-minded communities to foster support, love, hope, and create positive energy for the future visions of peace, change and solutions.
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of the Month for a six-month series. Each month we gather with new teachings, meditations and healing practices channeled from the Divine realm to help us navigate daily lives from a 5-D heart in this ever-changing world.
If you are unable to participate in the live class because of schedule conflicts, the classes are recorded, and the link is sent shortly after the class for you to listen to at your convenance. Please note we work in the quantum field where time, space, past, present, and future all exist as one. Many people have commented on how they felt like a part of the class even through the recordings.
